On this episode of the Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman is joined by Dan, Stephanie, and Chandler from the band NRCSSST. Pipeman is curious about the name of the band and wonders who came up with it. Dan explains that the name came from him, and it's quite unique as there are not many words you can take the vowels out of and still get a recognizable word. The band's name contains three S's, which is kind of a giveaway. Narcissist has never been a problem for people to figure out. Pipeman then asks Stephanie about her tattoos, and she tells him that they are just a lot of bullshit stories. She has had them for a long time and doesn't see the sun very often, which is why they still look good. She shares that she plans to get a free tattoo and haircut later that day. Pipeman asks the band to describe their music without using a genre. They decide to create their own genre and come up with Elder, Millennial, "Why Am I Still Here" Core, which also has a little bit of dancey fun times in it. Dan adds that it's got a beat, and Stephanie explains that there's a little bit of darkness but not too much. The conversation then turns to Pipeman's musical abilities. He shares that he has played the drums, guitar, and sang thrash metal, but he sucked at all of them. Dan jokes that Pipeman should join Narcissist, and Pipeman comes up with an idea to start wearing a mask and perform with the band so that people will wonder who he is, just like Slipknot. You can find NRCSSST’s merch over on Bandcamp by searching their name on the website, and if you want to check out their music you can find them on all the major streaming platforms. They’re also on Instagram under @nrcssstofficial so check them out there too!
