On this episode of the Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman speaks to Griffin Taylor of Vended live at Aftershock, in Sacramento, California.
Pipeman says it took him an hour and 30 minutes to get into the venue today and it was because so many people wanted to go see Vended who were playing early in the day, in the scorching heat.
Pipeman asks Griffin about their journey so far. Griffin explains that he didn’t know if he wanted to be a musician or not for a long time, and it was actually a talent show which his friend asked him to do which pushed him in the direction of a musician. Griffin also touches on getting hate as they have grown and how he has learnt to deal with it compared to how he did before.
Griffin also touches on some of the anger and anxiety he experienced before, which he managed to narrow down to smoking weed, which is something that runs in his family, so he stopped smoking and is doing better. Pipeman and Griffin then proceed to nerd out about some of their favorite video games and video game systems.
Pipeman asks Griffin about him coming to the realization that he wanted to do music, noting that he is clearly committed to it, despite being hesitant at first. Griffin explains that he started accepting that it was meant to be like this and that music was his therapy.
